Welcome to Precision Pest. By engaging our services or accessing our website (www.precisionpest.com.sg),
you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services Provided
Precision Pest provides pest control and related services, including:
– Residential and commercial pest management
– Termite inspection and treatment
– Disinfection and sanitization services
All services are performed by trained technicians in accordance with Singapore’s safety and environmental regulations.
2. Service Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. Customers must provide accurate information and ensure access to treatment areas.
Precision Pest reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or operational delays.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer,
or other methods specified in the invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of future services.
4. Warranty & Service Guarantee
Precision Pest offers a 30-day service warranty for eligible treatments. If the same pest issue reoccurs within 30 days, customers are entitled to
a one-time free re-treatment. This warranty excludes:
– Poor sanitation or hygiene conditions
– New pest infestations after treatment
– Structural defects or access points not repaired after recommendation
5. Liability
Precision Pest shall not be liable for damages due to hidden infestations, reinfestations beyond the warranty period,
losses from failure to follow post-treatment instructions, or any indirect or consequential damages.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will not incur charges.
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a call-out fee. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 working days.
7. Website Use
All content on www.precisionpest.com.sg, including text, images, and logos, is property of Precision Pest and may not be copied without permission.
We strive to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness or error-free content.
8. Privacy Policy
Customer information collected is used solely for operational purposes and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
